Shipping Policy

Insurance is included in the shipping fee. Cardboard boxes, bubble-wrap, plastic air cushion and foam box are used to protect the items in each shipment.

Items are shipped 2 to 3 business days after order is placed.

Items are shipped by using Standard Post Office Service, please allow 11-16 business days for shipments

For purchase over 8 items in one order, EMS (3-6 business days shipment) would be upgraded

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

All shipping & handling fee is not refundable

Damaged or defective product: If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product. Exchange or refund would be given after verification.

Receiving wrong item: You can return the item at our charge of shipping and correct item would be shipped immediately.

Item lost: Insurance is included in shipping fee. After verifying the lost of item, compensation would be given.
